  • How will my course materials be delivered?

    All course material is downloaded to your computer hard drive for viewing using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The course material will be available to view for as long as you leave the file on your computer and can later be used as reference material. You do not need to be on-line to view the course material. If you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download it for free by clicking here and following Adobe's installation instructions.

  • Do I have to take an exam?

    After you've completed the FastrackCE course material, you will return to FastrackCE.com to take the exam. Once you are satisfied with your answers you will submit the exam electronically. You will be notified immediately of your results. In most states, to obtain continuing education credit for taking the course, you must complete and pass the examination with a score of 70% or better.

  • Is FastrackCE an approved course provider?

    Yes, FastrackCE is an approved continuing education provider in a number of states. You can view our different state provider numbers on our "Courses" page. If you find that the classes we offer do not cover the topics you are looking for, let us know and we will search for a course that covers those topics or we can develop the course ourselves! If you need more information you can contact us.

  • How is my state agency notified?

    Each state has different requirements. In some states we will notify your state agency of the course completion and the number of CE credits earned. In other states you will have to submit a copy of the certificate of completion with the renewal application. Please see your state requirements for more information.

  • Where do I view my courses?

    Once you have signed up as a FastrackCE customer you can view all of the courses you have signed up for by logging on with your username and password on the navigation bar. You will be able to view the status of each class and the credits you will receive for them.

  • How long do I have to complete the course?

    Courses must be completed within 6 months of the date of purchase. If you are not able to do so, please contact us.

  • Is there a return policy?

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a FastrackCE course, you may contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.   You will receive a refund as long as you have not completed the courses.  If we have already reported the courses to the Department of Insurance we are not able to offer a refund.

  • How does grading work?

    You must attain a passing grade of at least 70% to obtain the credit hours. You will be notified immediately of the status of your exam. If you pass your exam you will be able to print a certificate of completion directly from your computer.

  • What are the advantages to using FastrackCE?

    Go to our course catalog to view the list of all of our courses with the credit hours clearly displayed.

    Currently FastrackCE offers classes for Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada,New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Sout Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. We are working on other states and will post those as soon as they are available.

  • How do I print my course?

    Once you are viewing the course material in Adobe simply click on the printer icon. If you wish to only print select pages you may do so by indicating them in the print pop up box.

  • Does FastrackCE offer volume discounts?

    Yes! FastrackCE has discount pricing for volume purchases. Please contact us for further information.

  • Can I purchase courses for more than one person?

    FastrackCE offers companies the ability to purchase courses for multiple individuals and pay with a single credit card transaction. Please contact us to make those arrangements.

  • What is self-study continuing education?

    Self-study continuing education courses are correspondence programs. We provide you with course materials in an electronic format which you can study at your leisure. You select FastrackCE courses that will enhance your professional knowledge. Since no specific classroom time is required, you must pass a multiple-choice exam to assure your state agency that sufficient training time was spent and proficiency was attained.

  • How do I order FastrackCE courses?

    You can order directly from our web site (www.FastrackCE.com) by selecting the courses "tab" near the top of the screen. Follow the simple 3-step ordering process and you will be on your way to continuing education credits. We accept: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

  • Is it safe to order online?
