They have usually been very good, but this time there were some bumps in the road. The plan i purchased was supposed to cover the CE's needed for my renewal, but there were 2 units that didn't apply to my license. They sent me another course, but by this time my license had lapsed and I had to pay an additional $100 late fees. Becareful when selecting CE's to take for your renewal, but also don't wait till the last minute as i did.
