A: Most course material can be downloaded to your computer for viewing using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Material will be available for as long as you leave the file on your computer, and can later be used for reference. You do not need to be online to view the course material. Alternatively, our classroom equivalent courses in Texas are viewed as individual web pages.

A: Yes, after you've reviewed the FastrackCE course material, you will return to FastrackCE.com to take the exam. Once you are satisfied with your answers, you will submit the exam electronically and be notified immediately of your results. In most states, to obtain continuing education credit for taking the course, you must complete and pass the examination with a score of 70% or better. The classroom equivalent courses in Texas do not have a final exam, just chapter review quizzes.

A: Yes, FastrackCE is an approved continuing education provider in a number of states. You can view our different state provider numbers on our "Courses" page.

A: Currently FastrackCE offers courses for Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada,New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. We are working on other states and will post those as soon as they are available!

A: We will report your completed credits to the appropriate entity each business day. Depending upon the state, it can take a few business days for the completed credits to show on your CE transcript. Some states are faster than others.

A: Once you have enrolled as a FastrackCE customer, you can view all of the courses you have purchased by logging in with your username and password. You will be able to view the status (purchased, started, completed) of each course and the credits you have or will receive for them.

A: Courses must be completed within six months of the date of purchase. If you are not able to do so, please contact us.

A: Yes, we have a money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a FastrackCE course, you may contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. You will receive a refund as long as you have not completed the course(s). If we have already reported the course credits, we are not able to offer a refund.

A: Our process is as easy as 1-2-3; choose a course, study the material and complete the exam. We provide flexibility by giving you access to the online continuing education courses you need 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our courses are a fraction of the cost of classroom or webinar style courses. You are able to retain the course material in a readily accessible format that allows for quick and easy searches, giving you an excellent reference source. Using FastrackCE's broad range of topics allows you to gain the most from your continuing education experience.

A: Go to our course catalog to view the list of courses with credit hours clearly displayed.

A: Once you are viewing the course material in Adobe, simply click on the printer icon. If you wish to only print select pages, you may do so by indicating them in the print pop-up box.

A: Yes, FastrackCE offers companies the ability to purchase courses for multiple individuals and pay with a single credit card transaction. Please contact us to make those arrangements.

A: Self-study continuing education courses provide you the opportunity to complete your continuing education online, at your convenience, vs. sitting in a classroom. We provide you with course materials in an electronic format which you can study at your leisure. You select FastrackCE courses that will enhance your professional knowledge. Since no specific classroom time is required, you must pass a multiple-choice exam (in most states) to assure your state agency that sufficient training time was spent and proficiency was attained.

A: You can order directly from our website by selecting the Courses tab near the top of the screen. Follow the simple ordering process and you will be on your way to continuing education credits. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, debit cards and e-checks.
