Feedback from some of our Continuing Education Customers

I thought I was finished with all of my CE hours until I wasn't. It would be nicer and more convenient if you were given an alert that what you are about to purchase for a CE will NOT work for what you are needing it for. I not only wasted my time but my money as well doing a "classroom" course when it needed to be "self taught." Made the ending of my renewing of my license a little more stressful than I felt like it needed to be. But now I know and I will take this as a learning experience.

Taking the course accomplished what I needed: getting 4 Florida credit hours. The online instructions, course material, and test taking were easy enough to navigate, and the credits were posted quickly. There were errors in the answers to test questions, along with a glaring error on the actual test - 2 identically worded answers (choices A & C). I chose A, but apparently the correct answer was C, because that was the only incorrect answer on my test results. This course needs some proof reading to make it more professional.
